When do I get my delivery?
It depends on subscription frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
If you pick WEEKLY or BI-WEEKLY option, then you'll receive your first delivery within 3-5 business days after placing the order. All the following deliveries are shipped per subscription frequency.
If you pick MONTHLY option, then you can also expect your first delivery within 3-5 business days after placing the order. After that you'll be getting the delivery in the mid of the following calendar months.
Is the delivery FREE?
Yes, the delivery within the USA is FREE.

What is a cancellation and renewal policy?
Unless specified otherwise, all subscriptions will automatically renew on the Monday of the following week for weekly subscription; on the 10th or 25th of the current month, depending on which day is upcoming, for bi-weekly subscription; on the 1st day of the month for monthly subscription. Your subscription may be cancelled at anytime by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. So that to cancel your subscription you MUST email your cancellation request before your next renewal billing charge (before the Monday of the following week for weekly subscription; before the 10th or 25th of the current month, depending on which day is upcoming, for bi-weekly subscription; before the 1st day of the month for monthly subscription). We are unable to accept any returned boxes and there are no refunds for requests that come in after that date.
